Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the FounderOS mobile app and related services.

FounderOS
Effective date: 8 September 2026
App package: com.founderos.ai

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the FounderOS mobile app and related services (the “Service”), operated by the operator of FounderOS (“we”, “us”).

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use FounderOS.

1. The Service

FounderOS helps you capture startup ideas, research them, read an evidence-based report, and optionally generate drafts such as brand, product, roadmap, finance, and legal outlines.

The Service is a research and drafting tool. It is not:

  • Legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice
  • Investment advice or a recommendation to build, fund, or abandon a business
  • A guarantee that a market size, competitor, score, or verdict is complete or correct

You are responsible for decisions you make from any output.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use FounderOS for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You may sign in with email and password or with Google, where offered.

You can delete your account in Settings → Privacy, or email khepricoder@gmail.com and ask us to delete your information. Deletion is permanent except for limited records we must keep for security, fraud prevention, or law.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of ideas, notes, photos, and other content you submit (“Your Content”).

You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, process, and display Your Content, and to send it to AI and research providers, only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service for you. This license ends when your content is deleted, except for short-lived backups and copies required by law.

You confirm you have the rights to submit Your Content and that it does not infringe someone else’s rights.

5. AI output

Reports, scores, market figures, experiments, and generated documents are produced by software and third-party models. They can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Market amounts are shown only when cited from sources, and may still be inaccurate.

You must review output before you rely on it, share it, or use it with customers, investors, or regulators. We do not promise a particular score, a “build” verdict, or that research will find a dollar market size.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Break the law or infringe others’ rights
  • Submit content you do not have the right to use
  • Attempt to access another person’s account or our systems without permission
  • Overload, scrape, or reverse engineer the Service except where the law allows
  • Use research or generation features to produce malware, fraud, or other harmful material
  • Misrepresent AI output as professional advice from a licensed advisor

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Subscriptions and purchases

Some features require FounderOS Pro or a one-time purchase, billed by Apple or Google through the store account on your device. RevenueCat helps us confirm what you have unlocked.

  • Prices and trial terms are shown in the app and on the store before you confirm
  • Payment, renewal, and cancellation are handled by the store, not by us directly
  • Cancel in your Apple or Google subscription settings; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription
  • Refunds follow the store’s rules
  • Free limits may change; we will not take away a purchase you already paid for during its paid period except as these Terms or the store allow

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Plan limits, including research volume, may apply.

8. Intellectual property

The FounderOS name, logo, and app software are owned by the operator or its licensors. These Terms do not give you ownership of the Service. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app while you comply with these Terms.

Generated drafts are provided for your use. Similar outputs may be generated for other users from different inputs.

9. Third-party services

The Service depends on Apple, Google, RevenueCat, OneSignal, analytics tools, hosting, and AI or research providers. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their parts of the experience. We are not responsible for stores or third-party services we do not control.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that research sources, competitor lists, or financial drafts are accurate or suitable for your situation.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for claims arising out of the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for FounderOS in that period. If you use a free plan, that cap is zero.

These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

12. Termination

You may stop using FounderOS at any time and delete your account in the app or by emailing khepricoder@gmail.com.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if we must do so for legal reasons, or if we discontinue the Service. Where reasonable, we will give notice.

Sections that should survive (including content license for residual copies, disclaimers, liability, and governing approach) survive termination.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top will change. If you keep using FounderOS after the new date, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and delete your account.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the place where the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that place have exclusive jurisdiction, except that you may also bring a claim in your home courts if consumer law requires it.

If you are in the EEA or the UK, you keep any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived by contract.
